Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have:

Age relaxation will be applicable according to Gujarat government rules for reserved categories.
Salary
- ₹26,000 per month (fixed) for the first 5 years
- After the probation period, salary will be according to 7th Pay Commission Level-4 (₹25,500 – ₹81,100).
Selection Process
The selection procedure includes the following stages:
Shorthand Test
- Candidates must write dictation in Gujarati shorthand at 60 words per minute.
Main Examination
- Paper-1: Gujarati Language & Computer Knowledge
- Paper-2: Shorthand Skill Test and Transcription
Candidates must qualify in each stage to proceed further.
