🎓 A Law degree (LL.B.) is desirable and may be preferred. - Work Experience:
- ✔ Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience as a Company Secretary.
- ✔ Experience should be in a Public Limited Company (with a ₹100+ Crore turnover) or a State/Central PSU
Age Limit:
- Max Age: 40 years (as on date of advertisement)
- Age relaxation up to 5 years for reserved categories as per govt rules.
